The G100 announced the appointment of two members of the Royal House of Fulbe in Ashanti Ghana to their Farming, Agri-Tourism, and Agri-Tech Wing. HRM Queen Ameenata Koita was appointed as the Country Chair, her role is to oversee the building of a countrywide Farming, Agri-tourism, and Agri-tech team consisting of women leaders from each region who along with a male Country Partner who will bring forth development and projects in their region to help Ghana.
HRM King Osman B. Ahmed Koita was appointed as the Denim Club Partner who will seek out the needed development and projects. He will build the countrywide team and work closely with each Regional Head to make sure things are progressing. Additionally, he will be the lead He-for-She Champion for the wing. He will be in charge of advocating for gender equity and balance, mitigating barriers to women’s leadership, committing to women’s greater C-suite representation, and fueling funding for female founders.
HRM King Osman B. Ahmed Koita is the traditional leader and King of the Fulbe Kingdom in Ashanti, Ghana, under his leadership HRH Queen Ameenata Koita serves and works on behalf of the Fulbe people and Ghana as a whole. They are part owners of Black Wall Street Africa (BWSAF) whose mission is the bring innovative technology and develop new efficient ways of farming to Ghana. BWSAF is currently partnered with companies in the United States of America and works with Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology on their initiative.
