The Palace Structure
They operate a hybrid system rooted in cultural preservation. The King and his elders meet regularly to discuss issues of development of the Fulbe community. All over the region, there are appointed officials who coordinate the everyday activities of the Fulbe people.
The Kingdom Administration
1. Laamiido (The King)
He supervises the overall day-to-day activities of the hundreds of Fulbes in the Region. He is their primary caretaker, as a customary practice enshrined in the Republic of Ghana. He is their traditional ruler and oversees all their cultural, social, and economic activities.
2. Sarauniya (The Queen)
She leads alongside the Laamiido at his discretion and handles programs and projects in the Kingdom. The Queen also serves as an advisor to the King.
3. Sarkin (Chief)
This is the Hausa word for Leader in the Community
4. Waziri (Vice Chief)
He assists the traditional ruler (King) in administration. In the absence of the ruler, he performs his functions.

9. Chiroma (In-charge of attire and wellbeing of the King)

14. Sarkin Dawaki (Head of stallion)
15. Dan Rimi (Protection of the King)
16. Dan Issah (Palace Organizer)
17. Magajiya (In charge of women's affairs)
She works with and assists the Sarauniya in the local community affairs of the women
